Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is booked.

Sale items
Only normally priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange the item for the same item, please email us at info@thebaskycompany.com and send your item to: Kruisstraat 5, 6942 EH, Didam, Netherlands.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.
If the item was not designated as a gift when purchased, or if the giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the giver of the gift and they will be notified of your return.

You pay your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive your refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to get your exchanged item to you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
