Placing an order

You place an order and complete the payment. At that point you will receive an automated order confirmation via email. It may end up in your spam folder. After your order has made your package, you will receive a tracking email. If you have not received an email, please check the spam folder. Or contact us. 

Delivery time
Usually the delivery time in the Netherlands is 1 to 3 working days. For deliveries outside the Netherlands, different delivery times apply. These are different for each country. If an item is not in stock you will be notified and the item will be back-ordered. We can wait with shipping until your order is complete.
