Past de Basky Basket® op mijn fiets?

Ja! Dankzij het universele
click-and-go-adaptersysteem past de Basky op bijna elke fiets – ook op e-bikes.

De adapter is geschikt voor bagage- en voordragers van 7 cm smal tot 18 cm
breed.

Bovendien kun je de adapter draaien, zodat hij ook geschikt is voor montage op
voordragers indien nodig.

Twijfel je of jouw fiets geschikt is? Stuur gerust een foto – we helpen je

Wat zijn de afmetingen van de Basky fietsmand?

De Basky heeft voldoende bergruimte met een
inhoud van 34,4 liter.

De exacte afmetingen zijn: 41 x 35 x 24 cm (lengte x breedte x hoogte).

Hoeveel past er in een Basky Basket®?

Met een inhoud van ruim 34 liter is de Basky ideaal voor boodschappen, picknicks of je dagelijkse spullen.

Je kunt hem ook uitbreiden met handige accessoires zoals de Basky Regenhoes of de Basky Coolbag.

Kan ik zelf een ontwerp maken?

Jazeker! Via onze ontwerp-tool maak je je eigen unieke Basky.

Upload een foto, kies kleuren, voeg tekst toe en maak iets dat helemaal bij jou past.

Kan ik mijn ontwerp nog aanpassen na bestelling?

Omdat we direct na je bestelling met de productie starten, is aanpassen helaas niet meer mogelijk.

Controleer je ontwerp dus goed vóór je afrekent.

Wat als mijn foto of ontwerp niet scherp genoeg is?

Onze tool geeft automatisch een waarschuwing als je afbeelding een lage resolutie heeft.

Bij twijfel mag je ons altijd even mailen – we helpen graag.

Wat is de levertijd?

Voor standaard manden is de levertijd meestal 2–3 werkdagen. Landen buiten Nederland (EU) 5-7 werkdagen

Gepersonaliseerde Basky’s hebben wat meer aandacht nodig – reken op 5 werkdagen.

Kan ik mijn bestelling volgen?

Zodra je bestelling is verzonden, ontvang je een e-mail met een track & trace-link.

Kan ik mijn bestelling als cadeau laten versturen?

Ja! Je kunt een ander afleveradres opgeven en eventueel een persoonlijk kaartje toevoegen.

Kan ik mijn Basky retourneren?

Standaardmanden kun je binnen 30 dagen ongebruikt retourneren.

Let op: gepersonaliseerde producten zoals zelfontworpen Basky’s kunnen niet worden geretourneerd.

Mijn mand is beschadigd aangekomen. Wat nu?

Does the Basky Basket® fit on my bike?

Yes! Thanks to the universal click-and-go adapter system, the Basky fits on almost any bike – including e-bikes. The adapter is suitable for rear and front carriers ranging from 7 cm to 18 cm wide. You can also rotate the adapter so it can be mounted on front carriers if needed.

What are the dimensions of the Basky bike basket?

The Basky offers plenty of storage space with a capacity of 34.4 liters.

Can I create my own design?

Absolutely! With our design tool, you can create your own unique Basky. Upload a photo, choose colors, add text, and create something that suits you perfect

Can I still modify my design after placing the order?

Unfortunately not. Because we start production immediately after you place your order, it’s no longer possible to make changes. So please double-check your design before completing your payme

What if my photo or design isn’t sharp enough?

Our tool will automatically warn you if your image has a low resolution. If you're unsure, feel free to send us an email — we’re happy to help.

What is the delivery time?

For standard baskets, the delivery time is usually 2–3 business days. For countries outside the Netherlands (within the EU), delivery takes 5–7 business days.

Personalized Basky baskets require a bit more attention — expect around 5 business days.

Can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace link.

Can I have my order sent as a gift?

Yes! You can enter a different delivery address and even add a personal card if you like.

Can I return my Basky?

Standard baskets can be returned unused within 30 days.

Please note: personalized products, such as custom-designed Basky baskets, cannot be returned.

My basket arrived damaged. What now?

Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order at [email protected] and include photos.
