5. Uploading Custom Designs

If you upload your own design, for example for personalized products:

By clicking “AGREE & CONTINUE”, you declare that:

  • the design you provide is your own original work;

  • you hold all necessary rights to use and reproduce the design.

You fully indemnify The Basky Company against:

  • claims by third parties;

  • copyright or trademark infringements;

  • damages or legal costs arising from the design you have provided.

The Basky Company reserves the right to reject submitted designs at any time and without stating a reason. This may occur, for example, in cases of:

  • potential copyright or trademark infringement;

  • inappropriate or prohibited content;

  • low file quality;

  • technical limitations or unsuitability for production.

You grant The Basky Company a non-exclusive license to use your design for:

  • producing the product you ordered;

  • customer service–related actions (such as reproduction for warranty or damage cases).

Your design will not be used for commercial purposes beyond your order unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Payment

Payment must be made using the payment methods offered on the website.

Your order will only be processed after successful payment.

If a payment fails or is reversed, your order may be canceled.

7. Delivery

We work with external delivery services to ship your order.

Delivery times are indicative; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers.

Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a track & trace link.

8. Returns & Complaints

Standard products are subject to the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days.

Personalized products cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect or damage.

Complaints can be submitted via info@thebaskycompany.com. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

9. Liability

The Basky Company is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or loss of profit.

Our liability is always limited to the amount of the order or the value paid by the customer.

We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information or designs provided by the customer.
